Teacup is just the perfect little lady! She is a 10 year old Chihuahua that is an absolute cuddle-bug! She finds the smallest possible space (like the space between your body and the armrest of the couch) and makes herself comfy. It?s a good thing she?s only 10 pounds! To Teacup, living is being snuggled with her mom or dad - either in the car, on the couch, in bed - anywhere snuggly!
When we go for walks, Teacup prances along on a loose-leash, very well behaved and unfazed by any other dogs. She is great with her foster family?s dog and cat. Teacup doesn?t bark at all - she just acts like a proper lady and stands with her foster mom or dad until any excitement fades. She has no problem being picked up, and while we haven?t observed her with kids, we think she would be just fine.
Teacup appears to be hard of hearing, but she spent two days in her foster home before that was even noticed. Her hearing loss doesn?t seem to hinder her life in any way. She enjoys walks, and is housebroken, but she does have accidents on a peepad - only if her foster mom doesn't get home in time to take her out for her afternoon walk.
Teacup will be happiest in a home that wants a little cuddler and a dog that is not extra playful. She is a darling little girl and will be a great pal for a lucky family!
